AGENDA
1. Apologies for absence.
2. Declarations of interest.
3. Resolution to approve Minutes of meeting held on 5th November 2025.
4. Planning matters:
a. S24/1290 – new agricultural workers building at land within Grange Farm – pending consideration.
b. S25/1980 – The Old Rectory – approval of all details of reserved conditions.
5. Highways – drain cover near Keepers Cottage – repaired?
6. Village hall car park – invoice received and paid.
7. Community Emergency Planning Team requires a Hougham resident to replace Bob Chalklin.
8. Grants policy – resolution to accept the Grants Policy already circulated.
9. General Power of Competence –resolution confirming we meet the criteria for eligibility.
10. The Thorold – update and report on situation including an update on Marston’s decisions. Resolution regarding request to increase precept by a further £9000.
11. Financial:
Resolution to approve bank reconciliations at 30.11.25, 31.12.25, and 31.1.26. Bank balance at 31.12.25 is £7,780.95.
Resolution to pay LALC subscription for forthcoming year at £95.80.
12. Date of next meeting: 6th May 2026 (Annual Parish meeting, Annual Meeting of the Parish Council, and Regular Meeting. Start at 7 pm?
