- Resolution to approve Minutes of meeting held on 4th February 2026.
- Planning matters: S26/0017 - tree works at The Old Rectory – approved.
- Highways – drain cover near Keepers Cottage – repaired?
- Financial:
Resolution to approve bank reconciliations at 28.2.26, 31.3.26 and 30.4.26.Bank balance at 30.4.26 is £10,646.65.
Resolution to accept BDG quote for cuts at £69 per cut (previously £67).
Resolution to continue insurance with Zurich - £256.53 (was £230.56). CAS state they cannot compete favourably with that premium.
Resolution to pay Internal Auditor £53.50.IA passed AGAR.
Consider purchasing an accounts system at £49 (one off set up fee) and £12 per month £144 p.a.).
