3. Resolution to approve Minutes of meeting held on 6th May 2026.
4. Planning matters: None.
5. Highways – drain cover near Keepers Cottage – repaired 18th May. No evidence of cable on Main Street so presume this was resolved by Openreach?
6. Financial:
Resolution to approve bank reconciliations at 31.5.26 and 30.6.26. Bank balance at 30.6.26 is £10,454.79
Note new financial information from Scribe accounting system.
Consider Letter of Engagement from Internal Auditor for a 3-year Agreement at £143.50 per annum. Resolve for Chair and Clerk to sign Agreement of Terms.
