4. Planning matters: S26/1329 – extension and alterations at Rose Cottage –pending consideration.

Resolution to approve bank reconciliation at 30.9.26 and 31.10.26
Bank balance at 31.10.26 is £9,535.19.
Budgets and precept proposal. Resolution to agree precept amount 2027-8.
Internal Audit report for interim audit.
Resolution to pay IA Clarks Clerical Serve £80.
Reconfirm bank signatories as Lesley, John, Jane and Pam.
Affirm appraisal for Clerk.
