Draft Minutes of AMPC 6.5.26
DRAFT MINUTES of the ANNUAL MEETING OF THE PARISH COUNCIL held at 7.05 pm on 6th May 2026 at Hougham and Marston Village Hall.
Present: Cllrs J Wright, J Forbes, Jo Wright and Peter Baker.
1. Cllr Forbes proposed and Cllr Baker seconded that John Wright be Chair – he accepted the position and it was unanimously agreed. Cllr J Wright then signed his Declaration of Acceptance of Office.
2. Cllr John Wright proposed and Cllr Jo Wright seconded that Jane Forbes be Vice – she accepted the position and it was unanimously agreed. Cllr Forbes then signed her Declaration of Acceptance of Office.
3. All policies had been reviewed. It was resolved unanimously to approve the existing policies as set out on our website.
Meeting closed at 7.10 pm.
