The meeting will start with a public forum which will last no more than 15 minutes.
District and County Councillors will be asked to give their reports.
1. Apologies for absence
2. Resolution to approve Minutes of meetings held on 11th September 2024.
3. Planning matters: S24/1186 – Annexe at Keepers Cottage, Westborough Road – withdrawn;
S24/1707 – Change of use of the Lodge to childrens home – objections submitted – pending consideration. Clerk to advise on NPPF Reform by Labour Govt.
4. Highways – C001 reduction to 40 mph –with head of Highways pending a decision.
5. Tree survey, The Green – Paul Bavin – resolution as to works schedule.
6. Financial -
Resolution to sign Bank Rec/Income & Expenditure accounts as at 30.9.24 and 31.10.24.
Bank balance at 31.10.24 is £7,248.14.
Internal Audit done – resolution to pay £70. Note to record when assets are checked; note for
Resolution to pay Paul Bavin £420.
Resolution to agree budgets and thus precept amount.
