AGENDA

The meeting will start with a public forum which will last no more than 15 minutes.

District and County Councillors will be asked to give their reports.

1. Apologies for absence

2. Declarations of interest.

3. Resolution to approve Minutes of meeting held on 7th February 2024.

4. Planning matters:  S23/2302 – Cornfield, Main Street extensions – approved. 

               S24/0147 –  Chapel Farm Barns – amended plans pending consideration.

5. Highways – C001 reduction to 40 mph –any update on the outcome since November 2023?  

               Intrusion on to Highway at Coach Lane – no concerns by Highways. We are sorry but we are not

                taking immediate action with this report because nothing was present when an officer visited. Utility works

                were at the location previously. 

6. Defibrillator training – update Cllr McAllister.  Note donation of £50 made by PC as agreed.

7. Financial -

               Resolution to sign Bank Rec/Income & Expenditure accounts as at 29.2.24 and 31.3.24

              Bank balance at 31.3.24  = £5,755.14.

              Note high electricity prices for phone box – bill for year £106.33.

              Resolution to sign Certificate of Exemption request for AGAR

              Resolution to sign Section 1 of AGAR.

              Resolution to sign Section 2 of AGAR.
