Minutes of the APM 2022
MINUTES of the ANNUAL PARISH MEETING of Hougham Parish Council held at Hougham and Marston Village Hall at 7.15pm on Wednesday 11th May 2022.
Present: Cllrs John Wright, Joanna Wright, Jane Forbes, Pam McAllister and Dist Cllr P Wood.
There were no members of the public present.
Minutes of the APM held on 12th May 2021 were read, approved and signed.
Cllr John Wright reported that not very much had happened this year. The potholes on Church Road/Coach Lane have been repaired and the surface had been blasted. Main Street has been top dressed. The noticeboard had been damaged by contractors but they had reimbursed us so a new board will be purchased.
Clerk gave a financial report (copy attached with original).
Clerk read out reports from the Book Club, History Club, and WI (copies attached with original).
Meeting closed at 7.25 pm.
