1. Apologies for absence.
2. Declarations of interest.
3. Resolution to approve Minutes of meeting held on 18th November 2020.
4. Planning matters:

      S20/0600 -  new dwelling at Windrush, Coach Road – refused.

      S20/1702 – West Hill Farm – change of use – approved.

      S20/1709 – extensions at The Lodge, Main Street – approved.

      S20/2022 – extensions and swimming pool at The Grange, Brandon Road – approved.

      S20/2025 – new portal framed building at Chapel Barn Farm – pending consideration.

5. Highways – any update on Highways matters (Cllr Maughan).  (Drain cover Main Street, verges on Church Lane/Coach Road, A1 at Toll Bar Road.
6. Western Power – update at works on The Green/Manor Park- nothing further.
7. To consider any matters from invited speakers (District and County Councillors, PCSO).
8. Defibrillator – maintenance checks taking place?
9. Finance –  

[a] Resolution to sign Bank Rec/Income & Expenditure accounts as at 30.11.20 and 31.12.20.

[b] Resolution to appoint new internal auditor – Victoria Clark.
