MINUTES of the Parish Council meeting held on 27th May 2020 at 4 pm at The Green, Hougham
Present: Cllr J Wright (in the Chair), Cllrs. J Forbes and Joanna Wright. There were no public present.
This meeting was purely for the purpose of approving and signing the AGAR (external audit) forms which had previously been circulated to all Councillors.
20/21- 1. It was resolved to approve and sign the Certificate of Exemption.
20/21- 2. It was resolved that the Annual Governance Statement be signed.
20/21- 3. It was resolved that the Accounting Statement be signed.
Meeting closed at 4.10 pm.
