AGENDA

Public Forum - no more than 15 minutes.

 

  1. Apologies for absence.
  2. Declarations of interest.
  3. Resolution to approve Minutes of meetings held on 12th February and 27th May 2020.
  4. Planning matters:

      S19/0506 – The Old Rectory – new gates and piers – pending consideration.  

      S19/0735 – amended plans for coffee shop on A1 - ongoing.

      S20/0600 -  new dwelling at Windrush, Coach Road – pending consideration.

      S20/0807 – extensions at The Lodge, Main Street – refused.

      Neighbourhood Plan – held over till full Council present - postpone till COVID19 over?

  1. Highways – any update on Highways matters (Cllr Maughan).
  2. Western Power – update at works on The Green/Manor Park.
  3. To consider any matters from invited speakers (District and County Councillors, PCSO).
  4. Litter bin for The Green – not yet ordered as waiting to hear from SKDC re emptying.
  5. Noticeboard for The Green – now in situ.
  6. Defibrillator – awaiting installation board before ordering.
  7. Procedural documents :

[a] agree and resolve to approve Risk Management document.

[b] review and resolve to approve Standing Orders (gender neutrality?).

[c] resolve to submit any comments on Model New Code of Conduct.

  1. Finance –  

[a] Resolution to sign Bank Rec/Income & Expenditure accounts as at 30.4.20, 31.5.20             and 30.6.20.

[b]  Resolution as to any donation to LIVES.

[c]  Note that insurance was renewed in May.

[d] Certificate of Exemption for Audit registered.  Public Rights Notice goes up in August.
