Minutes of Annual Meeting of the PC 11.5.22
MINUTES of the ANNUAL MEETING OF THE PARISH COUNCIL held at 7.25 pm on Wednesday 11th May 2022 at Hougham and Marston Village Hall.
Present: Cllrs J Wright, J Forbes, P MacAllister and Jo Wright plus Dist Cllr Paul Wood.
1. Cllr McAllister proposed and Cllr Forbes seconded that John Wright be Chair – he accepted the position and it was unanimously agreed. Cllr J Wright then signed his Declaration of Acceptance of Office.
2. Cllr McAllister proposed and Cllr Jo Wright seconded that Jane Forbes be Vice – she accepted the position and it was unanimously agreed. Cllr Forbes then signed her Declaration of Acceptance of Office.
