You are hereby summoned to attend a meeting of Hougham Parish Council to be held at Hougham and Marston Village Hall, Bridge Street, Marston at 7.30 pm on Thursday  16th November  2023.

AGENDA

 

The meeting will start with a public forum which will last no more than 15 minutes.

District and County Councillors will be asked to give their reports.

  1. Declarations of interest.

 

  1. Resolution to approve Minutes of meetings held on 13th September 2023.

 

  1. Planning matters:  S23/1179 – Keepers Cottage extensions – approved.

 

  1. Highways – C001 reduction to 40 mph –any update on the outcome since assessment in March?  

 

  1. Financial -

               Resolution to sign Bank Rec/Income & Expenditure accounts as at 30.9.23 and 31.10.23.            Bank balance at 31.10. 23 = £

               Internal audit successfully completed.

              Consider increasing donation to the Church for gras cutting (currently £250).

              Agree precept for 2024-2025.
