Annual Meeting of the PC - 17.5.23 MINUTES
MINUTES of the ANNUAL MEETING OF THE PARISH COUNCIL held at 7 pm on Wednesday 17th May 2023 at Hougham and Marston Village Hall.
Present: Cllrs J Wright, J Forbes, P MacAllister, Jo Wright and Peter Baker.
1. All councillors signed their Declarations of Acceptance of Office and provided their DPI forms.
2. Cllr Forbes proposed and Cllr Jo Wright seconded that John Wright be Chair – he accepted the position and it was unanimously agreed. Cllr J Wright then signed his Declaration of Acceptance of Office.
3. Cllr McAllister proposed and Cllr John Wright seconded that Jane Forbes be Vice – she accepted the position and it was unanimously agreed. Cllr Forbes then signed her Declaration of Acceptance of Office.
