Minutes of the Annual Parish Meeting 12.5.21
MINUTES of the ANNUAL PARISH MEETING of Hougham Parish Council held at Hougham and Marston Village Hall at 7.15pm on Wednesday 12th May 2021.
Present: Cllrs John Wright, Joanna Wright, Jane Forbes, Pam McAllister and Bob Chalklin – also Cty Cllr A Maughan. There were no members of the public present.
Dist Cllr Paul Wood had given his apologies.
Minutes of the APM held on 11th March 2019 were read, approved and signed.
Cllr John Wright reported that we had had a bad year due to Covid. However during the year we have purchased a defibrillator, a litter bin and a noticeboard. A litter pick has taken place and generally we have kept up the village amenities.
Clerk gave a financial report (copy attached with original).
Clerk read out reports from the Book Club, Village Hall, and WI (copies attached with original).
Meeting closed at 7.30 pm.
