Minutes of the Annual Meeting of the Parish Council 12.5.21
MINUTES of the ANNUAL MEETING OF THE PARISH COUNCIL held at 7.30 pm on Wednesday 12th May 2021 at Hougham and Marston Village Hall.
Present: Cllrs J Wright, R Chalklin, J Forbes, P MacAllister and Jo Wright plus Cty Cllr A Maughan.
1. Apologies from Dist Cllr Paul Wood.
2. Cllr Chalklin proposed and Cllr Forbes seconded that John Wright be Chair – he accepted the position and it was unanimously agreed. Cllr J Wright then signed his Declaration of Acceptance of Office.
3. Cllr Chalkin proposed and Cllr Jo Wright seconded that Jane Forbes be Vice – she accepted the position and iit was unanimously agreed. Cllr Forbes then signed her Declaration of Acceptance of Office.
