3. Resolution to approve Minutes of meetings held on 17th November 2021.
4. Planning matters: S21/2177 – extension/swimming pool at Chapel Farm Barn -approved.
S22/0055- Cornfield Cottage – dormers, extensions and rendering – pending consideration .
5. Highways - any update on Highways matters (Cllr Maughan). (Re-surfacing of Church Lane/Coach Road; reduction of speed limit on C001 before railway bridge; replacement of two drain covers). Streetlights on Coach Road/Church Lane fixed?
6. Western Power –works on The Green/Manor Park start 31.1.22 for up to 2 weeks.
7. Defibrillator –Update on training, and VETS scheme (Cllr Chalklin).
8. To consider any matters from invited speakers (District and County Councillors).
9. Finance –
Resolution to sign Bank Rec/Income & Expenditure account as at 30.11.21; 31.12.21; 31.1.22.
Note interim internal audit carried out - £50 paid. Balance to be paid at year end £30.
