2. Declarations of interest.
3. Resolution to approve Minutes of meeting held on 10th February 2021.
4. Planning matters:

            S20/2025 – new portal framed building at Chapel Barn Farm – approved.

            S21/0271 – new agricultural building – Grange Farm – details not required.

            S21/0469 – extensions at Windrush, Coach Road – pending consideration.

5. Highways – any update on Highways matters (Cllr Maughan).  (Drain cover Main Street, verges on Church Lane/Coach Road, A1 at Toll Bar Road).
6. Western Power – update at works on The Green/Manor Park- nothing further.
7. Defibrillator – resolution on whether to participate in  LIVES.
8. To consider any matters from invited speakers (District and County Councillors).
9. Finance –  

[a] Resolution to sign Bank Rec/Income & Expenditure account as at 31.3.21 and 30.4.21

[b] Resolution to :

       (i)   Sign Certificate of Exemption for audit.

       (ii)  Sign Section 1 of the AGAR forms

       (iii) Sign Section 2 of the AGAR forms
